• We do not offer returns or exchanges for items simply due to personal preferences such as fit or style since we provide detailed measurements and item conditions beforehand.
• If you receive a damaged product from us, we'll gladly accept a return. To ensure a smooth process, please create an unedited unboxing video that shows the product's condition. This helps us improve our quality control and expedite your refund or replacement. NO RETURN / REFUND WOULD BE INITIATED WITHOUT THE VIDEO!

• The return request would be made only once, so be ready with the parcel once the delivery guy asks.
