How long does delivery take?

Most of our products are made to order, while some are pre-made and ready to ship. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product. You can find the exact dispatch and delivery details in the description section of each product page.

Are the shirts really unisex? 

Absolutely. Every shirt is designed to be worn by anyone — no gendered cuts, no gendered sizing. We recommend checking our size chart and choosing based on your actual measurements rather than your usual label size.

Please note that the sizes mentioned are garment measurements, not body measurements.

What fabric are the shirts made from? 

Most shirts are 100% cotton. Fabric details are listed on each individual product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

How do I care for my shirt? 

Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or scrub. Dry flat in shade. Iron inside out on medium heat. Keep the iron away from any hardware — clasps, frog buttons, or metal pins. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.

Do you ship outside India? 

Yes, we do ship internationally. For orders outside India, please place your order through our Instagram DM. You can reach us on Instagram at @neemnimboli for international shipping assistance and details.

Can I place a custom or bulk order? Yes! We love custom work. DM us on Instagram @neemnimboli and we'll work something out together.

Why does it say "made to order"? 

We don't believe in mass production or wasted fabric. Every piece is made specifically for you after your order is placed. It means a slightly longer wait — but what you receive is made just for you, not something sitting in a pile. Slow fashion, done right.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards, and net banking at checkout.

Can I exchange or return if the size doesn't fit? 

We only accept exchanges or returns in case of a damaged product. Since all sizing and product details are clearly mentioned on each product page, we do not offer exchanges or returns for size-related issues.
